Responsibilities & Context

• Receive RM/PM sample and conduct physical and chemical analysis of incoming raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM).
• Prepare and standardize all reagents used in the laboratory as and when required.
• Carry out online monitoring of Production process on daily basis.
• Prepare test report for (soap and detergent) quality, measurements, element position.
• Maintain and operate standard laboratory equipment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality policies.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices and update procedures accordingly.
• Perform any relevant operation-related function indicated by the immediate Supervisor
