Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, ISP
Additional Requirements
- Basic knowledge in Active Directory, windows server and Linux is a must.
Responsibilities & Context
- Configuring different IP Routing Protocols (BGP/OSPF/Static), Switching service, Network/System Security protocols.
- Have to work on different Switch (Cisco, D-Link; BDCOM), Cisco Firewall, Fortinet, MikroTik.
- Having adequate knowledge to handle Mikrotik (Load-balance and Failover; Bandwidth Management; Network Security; Traffic Engineering).
- Troubleshooting of Corporate/ISP customers’ connectivity issues in edge and clients’ devices; understanding their requirements and provide solution accordingly.
- Responsible for handling customer complaints for maintaining high quality of service.
- Customer visit for extended support.
- Products/Technical knowledge update through self-learning techniques, to meet upcoming service requirements.
