Responsibilities & Context
- General supervision and technical guidance to the QA Staff in the analysis, design, testing, and quality of production.
- Assuring quality of all products and compliant with technical specifications.
- Should have good knowledge on fabric, knit or woven, consumption, costing, and quality.
- Able to determine and establish technical procedures and quality standard at both national and international levels.
- Developing quality control processes and designing product specifications.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Salary: Basic salary-USD 1600, House rent-USD 300, Medical-USD 50 & Conveyance-USD 50 or equivalent BDT per month.
