Responsibilities & Context
- Coordination of sample development to ensure that samples meet customer requirements.
- Working with the merchandiser, production personnel, and sales department.
- Creating a daily sample production plan and setting targets for each sample operator.
- Overseeing the sample room, including sewing workers and junior technicians.
- Ensuring that samples meet fit, construction, and quality testing standards.
- Working with the design department to select styles, fabrics, and trims.
- Sharing detailed tech packs with the global sourcing team.
- Reviewing and recommending changes to processes and techniques to maintain product quality and productivity.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Salary: Basic salary-USD 1600, House rent-USD 300, Medical-USD 50 & Conveyance-USD 50 or equivalent BDT per month.
