- Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift environment.
- Willing to do roaster duty.
Responsibilities & Context
BZM Graphics is seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Telesales Executive (USA/EU Market) to join our Marketing Team. The role involves generating qualified leads, conducting outbound outreach, nurturing prospects, and supporting business growth through effective follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing USA/EU -based customers to promote company products and services.
- Introduce company services and value-added solutions in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce bZm Graphics services
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the marketing and sales pipeline
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects
- Support marketing campaigns through direct outreach activities
- Achieve weekly and monthly call, lead, and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
