Responsibilities & Context

• Assess Training Needs of employees jointly with business / function heads and reporting superior.
• Prepare regular training plan and budget under the supervision of Training Manager.
• Design, develop, organize, conduct & evaluate all training courses according to the recommendations and needs of ACI Animal Health business division.
• Ensure appropriate faculty, training tools, equipment’s, facilities and logistic supports for training & development.
• Maintain liaison with Internal and External faculty.
• Assist Training Manager to Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual Training reports.
• Compile & maintain all documents & records of training programs.
• Follow ISO 9001:2000 for maintaining Quality Management System.
