Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and china ware and kitchen equipment
Ensure the cleanliness of all kitchen and back areas
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment.
Assist in receiving and storing supplies in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Properly dispose of waste and recyclables in designated areas.
Ensure trash bins are emptied regularly and kept clean.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Adhere to sanitation standards and procedures to ensure compliance with local health regulations.
Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues promptly.
