Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Store Incharge to oversee the full operation of our manufacturing factory’s store. The Store Incharge will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our inventory management system, maintaining optimal stock levels, and supporting the overall manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Prepare and submit monthly and yearly physical inventory summaries to management.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain daily receipts and the issue of materials such as fabric, accessories, and general store items. Ensure accurate accounting of all transactions to and from the stores.
  • Quality Control: Carry out regular physical checks of commodities and inventories. Supervise the receipt of all arriving products and ensure proper documentation.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the integrity and optimal functionality of the store’s area. Implement best practices to achieve key results and meet quality standards.
  • Communication: No phone calls or emails should go unanswered. Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Ensure all inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Security: Implement security measures to prevent theft, loss, or damage to store property. Train staff on loss prevention procedures and address any security concerns promptly.
  • Customer Interaction: Ensure all inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • System Management: Utilize ERP and other inventory management software to maintain accurate records and streamline store operations.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
