Additional Requirements

Ensure all labor force use proper personal protective equipment all the time when they are at work.
Check all goods movement as per SOP and make sure accurate inbound/ outbound operation is going on all the time.
Understand GWT quality guidelines and ensure all labors/ pickers adhered to the quality protocols that given by CRQS department.
Ensure cargo is loaded to vehicle respecting taint management guidelines.
Keep a record of FBC batch code in delivery challan to facilitate traceability exercise.
Advice and make sure that all labors, pickers are maintaining their activities in a manner that depot housekeeping and hygiene conditions are not compromised.
When internal or external audit or physical stock verification is scheduled, support preparations by taking advises from depot management.
Keep proper record in goods movement and preserve documents for future references.
Supervise labor, picker, MHE and other supporting functions (Cleaning, etc.) to maintain a streamed line depot operation always.
Perform any other depot related task as and when management assigned.
