Responsibilities & Context
- Daily Showroom Operations: Oversee all floor operations, visual merchandising, and stock presentation to meet premium brand standards.
- Sales & Team Leadership: Manage, train, and guide showroom sales executives to consistently achieve individual and store-wide monthly sales targets.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and reconcile premium clothing inventory shipments, tracking incoming stock levels accurately to avoid stockouts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Handle VIP customer walk-ins, manage sales relationships, and resolve customer escalations professionally.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain clear daily and weekly sales data records, cash flow tracking, and operational reports for management review.
