Additional Requirements

Expertise in visa categories (e.g., Subclass 500 for Australia, Tier 4 for the UK, F-1 for the USA).
Strong understanding of post-study work policies (PSW in the UK, OPT in the USA).
Excellent communication in English and Bengali (verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and university application portals.

Provide end-to-end counselling for student visa applications to Australia, Europe, New Zealand, UK, USA, and Malaysia.
Advise students on course selection, university admissions, and eligibility criteria for target countries.
Stay updated on student visa regulations, Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirements, financial proof guidelines, and post-study work rights.
Assist in preparing and reviewing visa documents:
Statement of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), admission letters.
Financial documents (bank statements, scholarships, education loans).
Health insurance, accommodation proofs, and biometric requirements.
Liaise with universities, embassies, and visa processing centers (e.g., VFS, TLS contact).
Conduct mock visa interviews and provide feedback to improve success rates.
Resolve visa-related issues (e.g., refusals, delays, documentation gaps).
Collaborate with partners to offer post-arrival support (airport pickup, accommodation, part-time job assistance).
Maintain records and ensure compliance with GDPR and local data privacy laws.
