Responsibilities & Context

Bashundhara Group-Cement Industry seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Sub-Assistant Engineer (Cement Control Room) to ensure efficient packaging operations by monitoring and controlling packhouse equipment via the CCR system.

Operate and monitor packhouse equipment via the CCR system.
Ensure smooth and uninterrupted cement packaging.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.
Troubleshoot and rectify minor machinery issues to avoid downtime.
Monitor production parameters like weight consistency and packaging quality.
Optimize machine settings to maximize output and minimize material loss.
Follow and enforce safety protocols and guidelines.
Ensure adherence to environmental and quality standards.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet dispatch schedules.
Maintain detailed logs and reports on production, maintenance, and incidents.
Oversee the performance of pack house operators and workers.
Provide training and guidance for efficient operations.
