Must be knowledge about ETP plant operation.
Responsibilities & Context
Having proper knowledge of ETP plant operation and regular checking of machines.
To ensure that production standards are maintained by using material according to shift.
Time to time communicate with production manager about ETP production scheduled.
To maintain shift manpower monitoring & shift reporting.
To investigate problems, analysis root cause & define resolution. Should be knowledge on Hygiene, Sanitation, CIP, FIFO, GMP & HACCP.
Any other task assigned by higher management.
