We are currently looking for an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Sub Asst. Engineer/Asst. Engineer (Chemical) for Sector- C, Bashundhara Group.
- Ensuring that production is in line with company and regulatory requirement & compiling reports about production and providing management with updates.
- Increasing productivity by utilizing assets and machinery, keeping the OEE at a minimum of 85%, and Developing systems and process machinery to maximize production with standard quality.
- Raising requisition for plan vs actual raw and packaging materials consumption and calculating plan vs actual production variance and material yield (RM, PM & FG).
- Accurately completing all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance & implementing relevant emergency response procedures during emergency situations.
- Ensuring SAP activities from time to time & the plant adheres to safety and environmental rules.
