Responsibilities & Context
- Planning and Preparing Lessons – Designing lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and suit the learning needs of students.
- Delivering Instruction – Teaching subjects clearly, using effective methods, and engaging students in the learning process.
- Classroom Management – Maintaining discipline, creating a positive learning environment, and ensuring active participation.
- Assessing Students – Preparing tests, assignments, and exams; evaluating performance; and providing constructive feedback.
- Guiding and Mentoring – Supporting students’ personal, social, and emotional development along with academic growth.
