Responsibilities & Context

• To control the quality of products by carrying out PP meetings, in-line in the factory to ensure that the products meet quality standards.
• Able to conduct pre-production meetings.
• Able to contribute to improve quality with problem solving ability.
• Reduce garments defects and make action plan, analyzing the problem.
• Solve the quality issues & innovatively establish zero defect in the factories.
• Work under pressure with team work.
