- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Farming, Hatchery
Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise day-to-day activities of poultry shed worker.
- Supervise day-to-day routine work of the poultry shed.
- Taking weekly body weight of the flock aiming to allocate feed for the male and female.
- Doing daily eye grading of the birds.
- Attending daily feeding in the morning.
- Doing routine vaccine of the birds with greater care.
- Maintaining strong operational biosecurity of the farm.
- Hiring skilled worker from the job market.
- Maintaining all flock registers for records.
- Making all report to monitor the flock status.
- Follow the instruction of superior (Officer/ Farm manager/ GM) as and when necessary)
