We are expanding our team to strengthen support for our growing base of hotel clients.

Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Support Engineer to provide technical and functional support for our hotel clients using Cubix HMS. This role involves solving user issues, managing system configurations, providing client training, and ensuring seamless operation of the software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support via phone, remote session, or on-site.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and configuration issues.
  • Assist with the installation, deployment, and upgrade of Cubix HMS.
  • Train hotel staff on system usage and new features.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to the development team.
  • Work closely with QA and deployment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients for follow-ups and feedback.
