- Respond to customer requests for technical issue resolution.
- Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, preparing resolution and guiding clients through corrective steps.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and other communication media.
- Escalate issues as required, act as the liaison between the field, monitoring and core engineering teams to drive technical resolution.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Work effectively in a team environment with pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills.
- Prepare and analyze technical reports according to requirement.
