Responsibilities & Context
A Reputed Private Commercial Bank is looking for dynamic and self-driven candidate with strong quantitative aptitude and to enhance consumer business.
- Collect Agent`s profile & assist to brief Agent on his/her query. Also collaborate with Branch for Agent onboarding.
- Popularize banking products and services under Agent Banking umbrella and educate channel partners.
- Supervise and monitor Agent budget achievement.
- Meet compliance & Agent network health checkup.
- Assist & track channel complains and liaises with product management team.
- Align with regional team for on-boarding and training new team members of Agent`s.
- Ensure visibility of Agent Banking initiatives POSMs through proper channel monitoring.
- Entertain, escalate and resolve ongoing operational challenges and query.
- Comply with regulatory guideline and ensure compliance fulfillment.
- Ensure smooth business transition.
