Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Course and certification on RHCSA, RHCE, LFCS, or similar are mandatory.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment, including on-call roster duty
Responsibilities & Context
- Strong proficiency in Linux systems administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.)
- Windows systems administration (MCSA)
- Basic knowledge with shell scripting (Bash) for automation and task optimization.
- Hands-on experience with system performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with virtualization and container technologies (KVM, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of storage systems (LVM, NFS, iSCSI, RAID); experience with Ceph/Swift is an added advantage.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH, firewalls)
- Hands-on experience with mail servers (Postfix, Zimbra), cPanel/WHM management, and DNS configuration is an added advantage.
- Understanding of monitoring tools such as Observium, Nagios, Grafana, Cacti, RabbitMQ, Prometheus, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
