Responsibilities & Context
- Understand and analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design brilliant cloud-based solutions that align with customer needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to illustrate how proposed solutions meet client requirements.
- Work closely with sales & Technical Teams to develop sales strategies and technical solutions.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide technical solution.
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of proposed solution architectures.
- Act as a technical focal point to customers, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in cloud technologies and market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
- Provide technical training to clients to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the proposed solutions.
- Ensure smooth transition of projects from the pre-sales phase to the implementation phase by providing detailed documentation and knowledge transfer to the implementation teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and provide input on potential sales strategies.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Continuously improve pre-sales processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Suggest and implement innovative approaches to solve customer problems and improve solution offerings.
