Key Responsibilities:

Instructional Planning and Delivery:

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and state/English national standards.
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in a variety of subjects (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, Business, Accounting, ICT, Bangla, Social Studies, etc.).
Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, group activities, hands-on learning, and technology-based lessons.

Student Engagement and Development:

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
Identify and address students’ individual learning needs and provide support as necessary.
Monitor and assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a well-organized and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.
Establish and enforce clear classroom rules and expectations for behavior.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to support student achievement and well-being.
Communicate with parents and guardians regularly about student progress, challenges, and achievements.

Professional Development:

Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Stay up-to-date with the latest educational research, technology, and trends.
