Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the retail sector.
  • Identify new market opportunities, target segments, and geographic areas for retail expansion.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships, distribution channels, and retail outlets to maximize business growth.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with retail chains, franchises, distributors, and resellers to expand the reach of our ISP services.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing structures, and promotional activities to drive sales and market penetration by maintaining all legality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint marketing campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and promotional offers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives in the retail sector.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of retail sales opportunities, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and report on key metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to retail partners and customers to drive adoption and usage of ISP services.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development, pricing strategies, and service enhancements.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, market visibility, and customer acquisition in the retail sector.
  • Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic, generate leads, and boost sales.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all retail channels and touchpoints.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all retail outlets.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure BTRC and other government authority compliance to avoid any unhealthy situation.
  • Manage all retail business-related activities and crises.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric culture.
