Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire production process for knit garments, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to production teams.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and conduct regular quality audits.
Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product feasibility and consistency.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure accessibility.
Train and develop production staff on technical procedures and machinery operation.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Evaluate and manage suppliers and vendors for materials and machinery.
Monitor and control production costs, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.up samples;
Technical Troubleshooting in Sample making: In case of any Technical Issue raised during bulk production, work with the team and solve it;
Keep commuting with the merchant team, production team, and other team members of the Quality team for betterment;
Keep communication with the buyer Designer and Tech and Buying team as well as the process for knit garments, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met.
Any other task given by management.
