Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Technical Infrastructure, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Multinational Companies, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup, Training Institutes

Eligibility Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of real-world professional experience in the relevant technology.
Currently employed in a Corporate, ISP, Bank, Government, MNC, Telecom, Data Center, or IT Organization.
Strong practical knowledge with the ability to conduct hands-on laboratory sessions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passionate about mentoring and developing future IT professionals.

Responsibilities:
Conduct practical, hands-on technical training and mentor learners.
Conduct online/offline seminars, webinars, and workshops when required.
Participate in promotional videos and other promotional activities of Learner UP IT when required.
Support in preparing course content, labs, assignments, and learning materials.
Collaborate with the academic and management teams to ensure quality training.
Participation in promotional activities will be considered part of the trainer’s professional engagement and will not include any additional remuneration or separate benefits
Class Schedule:
Flexible class schedule designed for working professionals:
Friday & Saturday
Weekdays (After Office Hours): 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Class timings will be finalized based on trainer availability and batch schedule.
