Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 35 years

Experience with enterprise system implementation, integration, and configuration.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with client setups.

Understanding of enterprise-level software and workflows.

Proven experience in Linux server configuration and administration (CentOS/RHEL).

Strong understanding of MySQL and Apache server configurations.

Good knowledge with virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V).•Good understanding of Cloud hosting (AWS)

Hands-on experience with CMS, HTML/JavaScript/CSS, and basic web development.

Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams.

Strong ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks based on severity and urgency.

Experience in providing technical training and support to non-technical users.

Knowledge of website performance measurement tools (e.g., Google Page-Speed Insights, PingDom).

Familiarity with QA testing methodologies and attention to detail when troubleshooting.

Experience in web analytics (Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools) is a plus

Responsibilities & Context

-System Integration & Configuration:

Implement and configure enterprise systems

Manage the full lifecycle of system integration projects from requirements gathering, system configuration, client training, to post-implementation support.

Install software patches and monitor system performance.

Oversee the implementation of new systems at client sites, from pre-live phases to post-go-live support and train clients on system usage and provide ongoing support.

-Client Support:

Provide front-end technical support for clients on all company products.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Perform Quality Assurance testing to ensure system functionality, usability, and performance.

-Server Management:Administer, configure, and maintain Linux servers, specifically in CentOS/RHEL environments.

Configure and optimize Apache servers and MySQL databases (setup, clustering, query optimization).

Perform regular monitoring and maintenance of physical and virtual environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

-Web and Digital Integration:

Support in web applications and website integrations, utilizing skills in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

Implement SEO best practices, website performance optimization, and content management systems (CMS).
