A telesales executive, often known as a tele sales agent, sells products or services over the telephone.
They talk to existing or potential customers to share information about products or services.
Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
Make recommendations, highlight special offers, negotiate prices, and secure sales.
Ensure all calls are documented properly and maintain a comprehensive call log.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Successfully closing sales by securing orders and agreements from clients.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.
