Responsibilities & Context

• Make outbound calls to promote our educational services
• Build rapport with leads and follow up until successful conversion
• Achieve monthly sales and file submission targets
• Communicate with students/clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
• Counsel students on studying abroad and guide them through the admission process
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and encourage referrals
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management
