Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor/Honors

Experience

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Consulting Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Overseas Companies, Call Center
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Office timing is aligned with the UK clock which is from 1 pm till 10:30 pm according to BD time. Saturday and Sunday are the weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating client leads through online market research
• Reaching out to the leads through cold calls
• Persuading and thereby convincing the potential clients to use our service
• Exploring different industrial sectors to onboard new business opportunities.
• Looking for brand new clients on portals and ensuring the bookings are made with suitable candidates.
• Building a solid rapport with direct and online clients to ensure long-term business with their organizations
• Preparation of Daily Sales Report, Weekly Planner, Weekly Report, and other necessary reports.
• Providing on-call support to the Team.
