• O Level, A Level, HSC

Additional Requirements

• Age 18 to 30 years

• Freshers highly are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level, or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker)
• Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in the USA & CANADA (Bangladesh time 8 PM – 5 AM)
• Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six months of employment contract.
• Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
• Self-motivated, independent workers with the ability to multitask.
• Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.

Responsibilities & Context

Office Hours: Monday to Friday(8:00 PM to 5:00 PM NIGHT SHIFT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidates have to make outbound calls to USA or Canada.
• Learn details about our service.
• Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different situations or topic.
• Meet personal/team’s qualitative and quantitative targets.
