Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels.
Assisting in maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
Contribution to the improvement of customer service processes by providing feedback and suggestions.
