Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Diploma in Agriculture

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensuring product-wise (monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly) sales target of your territory.
  • Preparing the route plan.
  • Building a good relation with the Customers and the farmers.
  • Follow up with the depot officer for delivering of products to the customer point timely.
  • Ensuring the collection of dues and overdue within the timeline.
  • Monitoring and participating in the Marketing and promotional activities with the RSO and PP.
  • Properly maintain the money receipt, sales invoice and party ledger.
  • Report to the Supervisor and Head office as per company requirements.
  • Identify the good customers based on sales growth and payment.
  • Providing prescriptions to the Farmers for their crops.
  • Any other task is given by the management/supervisor.
