Responsibilities & Context
- Lead daily meetings, share targets, and conduct strategic meetings.
- Plan and conduct market visits with ESR to monitor stock levels and fill gaps.
- Visit core shops, take orders, and share DSR reports.
- Visit dealers for stock refills and negotiations.
- Support core shop owners and OSRs.
- Analyze sales and stock data, review ESR reports, and monitor daily target achievements.
- Resolve market issues, identify work gaps, and ensure adherence to sales standards and transparent transactions.
- Regular Travel to market locations.
- Flexible hours, including occasional evening meetings.
