At least 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing.Good experience in selling mobile phones and Consumer electronics (Feature phones & Smartphones).
Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and/or requirements.
Good leadership and inter-personal skills.Able to work under pressure and achieve set target and thereby, corporate goals.
Good knowledge of computer and MS Office programs especially in MS Excel applications.

Establishing, maintaining and expanding Dealer for new branded mobile handset.
Maintaining and increasing sales of Mobile Sets.
Reaching the targets and set goals for the area.
Servicing the needs of existing Dealer.
Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Have to achieve the target as monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly for Lift.
Work closely with Dept. Head in implementation of sales forecasts & strategies in the assigned area.
Visit market places, search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new Distributors in uncovered areas.
Monitor activities and motivate Team Members to ensure productivity; thus achievement of Sales target Demand forecast and ensure stock inventory of Distributors’ warehouses, on a regular basis.
Ensure close monitoring of distributor’s business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target.
Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures.
