Responsibilities & Context
Job Description: Preliminary job description will be to understanding departmental work process of SMT / Assembly Engineering / Quality / PMC.
Others Qualifications: Good communication skill both written and oral in Bangali and English; Good knowledge in MS Office Package specially in MS Excel and Power Point.
Additional Requirements : Must have a positive attitude to work with a diversified environment; Have a mentality of good team member; Learning attitude with hard work mentality.
Special Instruction: Must carry with a period of 12 to 24 months training program and after end of training period based on assessment and performance will be allocated them to our different production units especially African and Asian region. So, those who are not interested to build their carrier outside of the country (Bangladesh) and also need to willing to work in a factory environment in Bangladesh in the training period.
