Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement market-specific plans for Existing Adult Smoker (EAS) activation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Loyalty Program (TLP) retailers and manage loyalty strategies.
- Lead and mentor the Brand Activation (BA) team, ensuring effective execution of activation programs.
- Drive sales volume targets for TLP outlets and identify business growth opportunities.
- Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports on trade activation and loyalty programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and promote ethical behavior within the team.
