Job Circular: Trainee Engineer – Production & Development
Overview:
RFL, a leading local conglomerate with a rich legacy renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation, is seeking for some dedicated “Trainee Engineer – Production & Development” to oversee and optimize the production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall productivity. This is an exciting opportunity for fresher to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in production and development of products and process.
- Completion of all the assigned tasks by the given deadline.
- Participate to implement six sigma.
- Review and submit reports about the progress of the implementation of Six Sigma.
- Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.
- Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships.
- Taking notes and sharing your findings with your supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
- Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate Observing health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Attending meetings and workshops.
- Maintain Production/Operation planning & scheduling.
- Supervise production activities to ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed the expected quality.
- Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence.
Skills & Expertise
Analytical and Decision making ability
Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.
Good comunication skill

Quick learner and hard working
