Job Circular: Trainee Engineer – Production & Development
Overview:
RFL, a leading local conglomerate with a rich legacy renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation, is seeking for some dedicated “Trainee Engineer – Production & Development” to oversee and optimize the production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall productivity. This is an exciting opportunity for fresher to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Work in production and development of products and process.
Completion of all the assigned tasks by the given deadline.
Participate to implement six sigma.
Review and submit reports about the progress of the implementation of Six Sigma.
Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.
Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships.
Taking notes and sharing your findings with your supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate Observing health and safety guidelines at all times.
Attending meetings and workshops.
Maintain Production/Operation planning & scheduling.
Supervise production activities to ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed the expected quality.
Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence.
Skills & Expertise
Analytical and Decision making ability
Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.
Good comunication skill

Quick learner and hard working
