Job Context

• Target oriented Job and Responsible for selling Liability Products of ONE Bank PLC under Retail Banking Davison.
• We are looking for Trainee Sales Officer to SSO for deploying at Liabilities Dept. ONE Bank Limited
• Direct Selling & marketing products through at Customer Points. Preferable for All Retail Products, SME Loan.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and a dedication to customer service.
• Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills

Employment Status: Full-time, Contractual but continue with hearted responsibility up to 2 years for permanent.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability / willingness to Direct Sales Banking Products (All Sorts of Banking Products for Direct Sales).

• Ability to sell retail Liability products (Opening different types of CASA Deposit Accounts, Scheme Deposits and booking Term Deposits etc.
• To achieve individual monthly sales target set by the management.
• Ensuring client calls, keeping visit details and collecting required
• information and documents from prospective customers.
• Creating, building and maintaining sustainable relationship with new clients by offering proper products and services.
• Ensuring KYC and genuineness of all documents collected from the clients.
• Preparing call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Ensuring strict compliance of OBL’s rules, regulations and HR policies.
• Ensuring service excellence to the clients while providing services.
