Responsibilities & Context
Job Type: Trainee
Training Period: 4 months
Job Description: BJIT is looking for highly motivated individuals to join as “Trainee Software Engineer” in our team Salesforce Team. This will be a great opportunity for freshers to get professional training and gain practical experience in the rapidly growing field of Salesforce ERP & CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in full-time technical training, completing assignments and project work.
Collaborate with real development teams to gain insight into industry-level work culture and hands-on experience.
Understand the development process, including an introduction to development tools and technologies.
Receive training on the fundamentals of Cloud Services and the AGILE methodology.
Develop industry-standard soft skills in global business culture, communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking.
Skill Development Training/Hire & Train Program:
The training program will last 17 weeks, including 4 weeks of project work to develop skills and capabilities
50% of the top performers will be selected as permanent employees based on their training evaluations.
