Education
- Higher Secondary
- Minimum HSC is required. Candidates with a background in Nursing, MATS, or Health Science will be considered an added advantage.
Experience
- At least 1 year
Additional Requirements
- National Skills Certificate in Caregiving (Level-2 & 3) completed.
- CBA/ CBT & A Level 4 certification completed.
- Minimum 01 year experience in the relevant training profession with a health background, or at least 03 years experience in the relevant training profession with any other fields.
- Basic computer skills is required.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Summery:
- The incumbent will be responsible to the Manager, Nursing Services or any other responsible person as assigned by the Manager, Nursing Services.
- He/She will be responsible for ensuring consistent and high-quality training that promotes decent job standards through effective management.
- He/She will design and deliver a structured training development plan based on approved curricula.
- The role includes planning, organizing and conducting training programs for caregivers course to ensure safe and high-quality patient care.
- The trainer will also encourage creativity and problem-solving in operating, maintaining and improving digital systems in line with the values, vision, mission, and goals of Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital & Research Institute, as well as state-of-the-arts of country laws.
