Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor/Honors
  • Must be at least holder of NSC in Hospitality Management, Level – 3
  • Must be CBT&A Methodology Level– 4 certified
  • Graduated from any reputed University in Biological Discipline (preferably from food and nutrition background)

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Training Institutes

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities & Context

Course Delivery & Instruction

  • Teach core concepts of hospitality management, including front office
  • operations, housekeeping, food & beverage service, customer service, and tourism basics.
  • Deliver engaging lectures, demonstrations, and interactive sessions aligned with the approved curriculum.

Practical Skills Training

  • Provide hands-on training in areas like table setting, check-in/check-out processes, room inspection, guest handling, and restaurant etiquette.
  • Use mock setups (e.g., simulated front desk, housekeeping lab) for real-world practice.

Student Evaluation

  • Assess student performance through written exams, role-plays, case studies, and practical demonstrations.
  • Provide constructive feedback and remedial support when necessary.

Training Material Preparation

  • Develop lesson plans, training modules, presentations, and practical guides.
  • Update materials regularly to align with current hospitality industry trends and standards.

Soft Skills Development

  • Train students in essential soft skills such as communication, grooming, teamwork, conflict resolution, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Emphasize guest satisfaction and professional conduct.

Internship & Placement Support

  • Assist in organizing industry exposure visits, internships, and job placement opportunities for students.
  • Liaise with hotels, resorts, restaurants, and travel agencies for partnerships.

Classroom & Lab Management

  • Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and organization in classroom and practical labs.
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are used safely and responsibly.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain student records, attendance logs, progress reports, and certification tracking.
  • Submit regular reports to program coordinators or training management teams.

Continuous Professional Development

  • Stay updated on global hospitality trends, new technologies (like PMS
  • systems), and service standards through regular training and workshops.

Event Coordination (if applicable)

  • Support or organize simulated hotel events, cultural activities, and theme-based training days to give students real-life experience.
