Job Responsibilities

Coordinating with business departments to analyze the training needs for both new and existing employees of the Company.
Design, develop and coordinate training programs, including materials and schedules.
Provide individual and group counseling and to assist employees in helping them address personal or professional concerns or conflict resolution amongst peers.
Conduct workshops or seminars on topics like stress management, communication skills or conflict at work places.
Facilitate learning through various methods (classroom, virtual, on-the-job).
Any other task assigned by the management.

As per company’s policies. Contributory provident fund, gratuity, group and health insurance, festival and incentive bonuses are available after confirmation.
