Responsibilities & Context

Training Coordinator – IT (Internship)

We seek an organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various training programs, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless delivery of training sessions to clients and trainees.

Education: 

<> Diploma in Digital Marketing / Graphic Design / Computer Software

<> Certificate course in graphic design /face book marketing / digital marketing / web development

<> Training on graphic design, Facebook marketing, YouTube, LinkedIn, Digital marketing

<> Background in Business Administration, IT management

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a training or coordination role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Co-ordination:

Co-ordinate and plan training programs, workshops, and webinars, including scheduling, venue arrangement, and resource allocation.

2. Client Management:

Invites new clients and conduct initial consultations to understand their training needs and requirements.

3. Logistics Management:

Arrange for physical training facilities, equipment, and materials as needed. Coordinate with trainers to ensure they have all necessary resources for smooth delivery of training sessions.

4. Promotion:

Create promotion materials like flyers, leaflets, and email campaigns, to promote training programs.

5. Technical Support:

Monitor online training sessions using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Team or other virtual meeting tools. Troubleshoot technical issues during training sessions to trainers and trainees as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in email marketing, Mail merge, Facebook boosting, YouTube marketing, LinkedIn, Twitter, and WordPress, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Graphic design – Photoshop, Illustrator, Video editing, Web development.
• Proficiency in MS word, Advance excel, PowerPoint.
