- Communicate with local transport agencies for delivery arrangements.
- Finalize and agree on terms and conditions with a selected transport agency.
- Route and track vehicles to their delivery points.
- Investigate and resolve claims and issues from both the transport agency and clients.
- Analyze total expenditures for rented transports.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries and transports according to the Marketing team’s requirements.
- Manage relationships with transportation service providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor service levels.
