Responsibilities & Context

• Drivers Duty Schedule and maintaining
• 24 hours Phone call receive from drivers and customers
• Assist with the hiring process for new drivers
• Maintain records of vehicle use and maintenance
• Process trip logs or reports
• Create Bill or invoice for daily and monthly trip
• Collect Bill from another office
• Drivers OT and Fuel management
• Any transport related supervisor or transport operation experience (preferred)
• Candidate should have rganizational and time management skills
