Responsibilities & Context

TopOfStack is seeking a talented and passionate Mid-Level UI/UX Designer with strong web design expertise to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers to deliver user-centric mobile apps or web designs that enhance user experience and drive engagement.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the look and feel of our digital products. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional user interfaces across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design: Develop intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for mobile apps, web applications and websites that meet business and user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to communicate design concepts effectively.
User Research: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to identify pain points and optimize user flows.
Responsive Design: Design mobile-first, responsive websites that provide a seamless experience across all devices and browsers.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented as intended and meet technical feasibility.
Visual Design: Ensure design elements adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms and interfaces.
Interaction Design: Create engaging interactions and micro-animations to improve user experience.
Iterative Design Process: Continuously improve designs based on feedback from users and team members, ensuring that the final product aligns with both business goals and user needs.
