• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to create user personas, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience in conducting user research, creating user flows, and running usability tests.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of current trends in web, app, and crypto website design.
• Familiarity with basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Job Overview

Digital Pylot is seeking an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of app, web, and crypto website designs, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, responsive, and user-friendly UI/UX for web, mobile applications, and crypto websites.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on user requirements and business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently across all platforms.
• Develop and maintain design systems to streamline design workflows and ensure consistency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, especially in the fields of web and mobile app design and cryptocurrency-related websites.
• Translate complex ideas and requirements into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly designs.
• Create and iterate on design solutions that balance business goals with user needs.
• Ensure designs are optimized for a seamless experience across both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Provide design feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall user experience.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday (Saturday half-day): 10 am to 7 pm
• Weekend: Half-day on Saturday and Sunday off
