Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience
- At most 1 year
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 32 years
- Minimum 6 months of UI/UX design experience (or a strong portfolio for freshers).
- Figma: Mastery of Figma & Adobe XD is a must.
- System Thinking: Deep understanding of Auto Layout, Design Tokens, and Prototyping.
- Portfolio: Strong showcase of web/mobile interfaces (dashboards and SaaS templates are a huge plus).
- Communication: Good English skills to articulate design decisions.
- Mindset: A creative problem-solver who enjoys working in a collaborative team.
- Education: Skills and portfolio are prioritized over formal degrees
Responsibilities & Context
- Designing Experiences: Crafting clean, modern, and responsive interfaces for complex websites, web apps and mobile platforms.
- Interactive Prototyping: Building high-fidelity flows to validate user journeys.
- Design Systems: Applying and maintaining design systems to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with developers, product managers and fellow designers to bring visions to life.
- Trend Spotting: Staying updated with the latest UI trends and usability standards.
